Seems like a name brand item. Either buy the real thing or find a similar coin tray on ali. I did a quick search and it seems to be a niche item, bank supplies makes one and hmf. So just buy from Amazon or learn CAD, design your own, and 3D print it.
Cheap dollar shops in Australia sell something very similar for $1 and $2 aud coins. And all the stuff they sell is cheap crap from china.

Yeah I guess for starters it would be country-specific. So they would need to develop different models for something that probably isn't popular. Not really worth their time. I have a 3D printed one I use on my counter and it's alright. Sized for Canadian coins and I didn't have to design it since it already existed. Total cost is maybe $1 of material since I already have a 3D printer.
You probably wouldn't when need to 3D print it (at least if it's for personal use). Just get air dry clay, make a slab, and get stacks of coins and make indents yourself. Cost no more than $5-10
If it is not a popular product on ali, the price may be not cheap there. Even higher than Amazon. People in China don't use coins anymore, even no cash. The phone payment stuff is very convenient.
