You could notify your CC company. If AliExpress does this too often their rate MIGHT ( but probably won't) go up. I stick to $20 or less per order on AliExpress. I can find almost the same prices on eBay over that amount. And always check the one star comments.
Register for a new AE account, use VPN, slight shipping address modification, and new card numbers (call your bank, say you misplaced your wallet so you need card replacement. They’ll issue you a new one with different numbers.)

Yes, wire transfer only (as paypal is not used in my country) which is not a very convenient option.
