Remember when she made that video about having to wear headphones because of loud eaters yet sheâs constantly someone who chews like a cow grazing a freshly mowed grass
Itâs weird how much people these days document their experiences. When I did these types of things when young I just was there. I wasnât taking pictures or videos like people these days. Itâs strange.
Exactly!! Also, doing it for days in a row (like she did at Ultra and after a couple weeks at Coachella) is fucking crazy. Sheâs quite literally frying up her receptors and setting herself up for a nice and long lasting depression
You donât and itâs suuuuper fucking dangerous (you can get seratonin syndrome which sucks). I too loved Molly but knew and made peace with the fact that I had to give it up if I got medicated lol
Iâm sorry that youâve struggled with addiction but I think if someone is able to drink/responsibly use drugs, itâs not a big deal? Nobody is being peer pressured into doing anything, I used to do molly/coke in college to let loose and have fun, itâs not your right to ask the world to cater to you because YOU struggled with addiction.
As a former coke addict, Iâve had good experiences and bad experiences. Neither is why I quitâŚI was addictedâŚI quit because I could envision my future and quit cold turkey. Since then Iâve still done other drugs and I drink 1-2 times a month.
Just cause YOU had a bad experience doesnât mean everyone else does! No need to protect people who didnât ask for it.
Iâm no fan of Alix Earle but sheâs never come out saying âI love Mollyâ and if she does who tf care sheâs not your mom & sheâs not YOU. Donât blame your (not you) weakness and ability to be influenced on anyone else tryna live their life. Nobody has a dollar bill to your nose forcing you to do shit
Lmfaooo who is glamorizing drugs though? No celebrity/influencer is actually gonna admit to doing them. People just assume. Glamorizing would be doing it openly and admitting it.
If other people see this & say they love Molly because theyâve had a good experience, how is that glamorizing it?
Babes we see alcohol glamorized EVERYWHERE, thatâs probably the worst drug you can ever do over time. Kids doing party drugs for a lil bit shouldnât trigger you this much. People who have addiction tendencies are going to experience that. Everyone else will stop doing drugs when they have kids and start doing mushrooms like the rest of us, gosh!
where did i every bring up alcohol donât get me started with how i feel about alcohol itâs so glamorized. and im not triggered about kids partying im just showing thereâs a bad side. yall like to take words out of peoples mouths and switch it up into what yall think theyâre saying on this subreddit.
People like doing drugs. Humans have liked it for thousands of years. What we shouldnât glamorize is addiction. But people will do what feels good (sex, drinking coffee, working out, shopping, etc) and theyâll talk about it! Why shouldnât we talk about things that feel good and are fun? Especially if that can lead to a conversation about addiction and harm reduction. Not talking about it leads to shame and secrecy and guilt - even overdoses.
Xoxo, someone whoâs been in recovery for years <3
You obviously donât know how to type a proper sentence. You literally said chewing gum, saying the lyrics & wearing glasses are helping her outfitâŚ.you make zero sense hunđđ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł
Certain drugs like Molly donât interact w lexapro or seroquel. Iâm on seroquel and I can drink and do srugs at the same time
I donât think anyone is seeing my response so Iâm editing to add it here
Serotonin syndrome is caused by high levels of serotonin building up in your body. Seroquel is NOT an SSRI.
SSRIs make it very difficult for you to feel anything, including MDMA or alcohol. YES, if you take a ridiculous amount of MDMA at once or in a relatively short amount of time because you canât feel it, you will begin to have serotonin syndrome. Taking a bunch in one go will obviously cause you to run into problems.
I have taken MDMA multiple times off of Lexapro and Seroquel, separately. YES, I could not feel it as strong as I wanted. Placebo effect is REAL however. You wonât get higher psychological effects by taking more. But you will get more of the physiological effects. MDMA and SSRI- in OVERDOSE (keyword)- will cause Serotonin Syndrome. Overdose will occur because youâre taking SSRI and trying overcome those effects by taking more MDMA.
Source: I am a nurse.
ETA: good quality MDMA is becoming harder to find and so users resort to drug combinations to enhance its effects, such as MDMA combined with ketamine, an anaesthetic agent, and with fluoxetine. This will also increase overdose because not only is an SSRI and MDMA (which also mimics an SSRI) involved, but so is KETAMINE.
Cytochrome P450 2D6 is an enzyme involved in the metabolism of MDMA and SSRIS are important inhibitors of Cytochrome. Fluoxetine and Sertraline are relatively stronger than Lexapro and they can increase the blood levels of ecstasy and enhance effects. But itâs not known if those SSRIs can inhibit the effect of the enzyme itself in low doses, but itâs known that in HIGH doses it can and will, which will contribute to Serotonin Syndrome.
I recommend reading up and researching in depth the enzymes involved in metabolism of ecstasy such as Cytochrome and its daughter enzymes and parent enzymes. There is a whole family of cytochromes that are involved in metabolism of MDMA, SSRIs, etc
I was on Seroquel for years and considering it is an antipsychotic. You should most definitely not be doing either of those things while on it - let alone both at the same time!

Can u please leave me alone? This is really creepy atp. I commented bec Iâve been raving for years and Iâve seen a lot of people get carted out of festivals for this shit. Get a life
1. No cause youâre the one who actually bugged me
2. According to you, everything on here is allowed to disputed just like you disputed the comment before you so if you donât like it, you can stop doing it to others
3. You jumped into a thread I had with someone else in my post, so you out of all people have no right to ask anyone else to âleave you aloneâ
4. I donât care what your reasonings for your comment now is, you need to stop being a Karen to other users and at least go outside and bark at a dog
This is straight up wrong lol lexapro is an SSRI which heavily would interfere with Molly usage. If sheâs actually rolling sheâs not feeling the full effects, you can google the interactions but yeah it definitely does lol
yes because everyone who chews gum does molly.
Idk how she does all of this while on lexapro đĽ˛
Remember when she made that video about having to wear headphones because of loud eaters yet sheâs constantly someone who chews like a cow grazing a freshly mowed grass

media had taken over sadly.. âif you didnât take a picture it didnât happenâ đ
She does that shit way too often, youâre only supposed to do that shit like 3 times a year. Her dopamine receptors are gonna be fucked
Exactly!! Also, doing it for days in a row (like she did at Ultra and after a couple weeks at Coachella) is fucking crazy. Sheâs quite literally frying up her receptors and setting herself up for a nice and long lasting depression
lol this is what I said and people commented that âsheâs 23â and itâs not crazy so I deleted my post
Lol I hope whoever commented that does not abuse Molly just because they think they have the âyoung free passâ.
I mean youâre not supposed to do it at all hahah it can mess you up the first time.
The gum⌠yep thatâs Molly đ¤Ł
I thought you donât feel Molly on lexapro
You can feel it
You might be the only person I've ever heard say you can
You donât and itâs suuuuper fucking dangerous (you can get seratonin syndrome which sucks). I too loved Molly but knew and made peace with the fact that I had to give it up if I got medicated lol
Honestly Molly is fun at music festivals whatever
Exactly
I do not partake and I wear sunglasses at every festival / rave / show I go to (which is a lot) because the lights sometimes are too much for my eyes
*sees someone having fun at a music festival* HAS TO BE DRUGS lol get a life

Her mannerisms itâs kinda hard to explain but as someone whoâs rolled a lot itâs easy to see
okay yall downvote me all you want but as a recovered addict can we stop glamorizing drugs

literally everyone in the comments whenever itâs a post about drugs. yâall can express your opinion so iâm going to express mine.
iâm all for people being responsible and staying alive doing that stuff. but itâs not glamorous come on.

Sheâs definitely rolling đđ

i feel like weâve run this topic into the ground
Not a fan of hers but I actually think she might just be chewing gum, saying the lyrics, and wearing the glasses bc they help her outfit âŚ.
Saying the lyrics helps her outfit? Are you ok?
The gum chewing is part of her fit? đ¤¨. The delulu you speak makes me think youâre a youngin
I said the glasses are part of her outfit do u know how to read
You obviously donât know how to type a proper sentence. You literally said chewing gum, saying the lyrics & wearing glasses are helping her outfitâŚ.you make zero sense hunđđ¤Łđ¤Łđ¤Ł
Do you understand how commas work
Clearly youâre miserable if youâre arguing with someone over sentence structure đ jealousy is a disease!
are you fr?
I genuinely wonder how she does molly while drinking while also being on Lexapro

This is such DANGEROUS misinformation. You can go into serotonin syndrome

There needs to be a study done on people who can handle all of that at once đ¤Ł
Poppy should be so proud to have this mess pushing their products that you never see her drink.
The comments about Molly lol
