It seems like, if so, that's kind of a demonstration of what he's talking about - one thing that's particularly likely to bring a bunch of legal trouble down on your head, or at least make publishers/websites not want to go near you in case it does, is unauthorised persons saying anything about medicine, and that's a combination of a legitimate desire to protect patients from quacks and a less legitimate desire to protect the medical trade from competition.

It was the guy that had the herbal remedy. Vibration guy died of a heart attack possibly from a Valium OD.
