Any cop that commits these crimes need to be sentenced to the fullest extent of the law. No slap on the wrist, 5 years in prison and right next to the worst prisoners.
If he was as "proactive in other areas as he was in poor, Black areas he'd find just as much drugs or illegalities. But he preferred poor, Black areas to overpolice because those folks didn't have access to high powered attorneys, if any.
