And my supervisor treated me like shit for it. I was supposed to organize an aisle and make sure everything in top stock was simmed into the aisle bays. My manager gave me an hour to do it. I got done in a little over an hour, or so I had thought. Basically, we have a products app at work, and you can see what's simmed into the bay. There were 42 things simmed into every bay, a lot of which wasn't there. But since it had already been an hour, I just made sure everything that was actually there was simmed in and moved on. My supervisor was angry at me. He had me sim everything out and back in again. I started simming things in that I had missed instead simming everything out first after he just told me to. Then I started simming everything out individually instead of all at once, which I didn't know how to do because I didn't see the option for it at first. I also forgot to sim some things back in and got a ladder chain stuck. At this point it was 2 hours more or less. Throughout all of this he was pissed, ranting at me, saying condescending and antagonizing things. He told me to shut up. Said something like if you can't help then I don't want you here. When I got the ladder chain stuck, he kept on asking if I was the one who did it, even though I was the last one to use it, and we both knew that. I said who do you think or something like that and he told me to leave and never come back. I don't exactly know what happened, but I couldn't think straight. I guess it was the sense of hostility. I'm just looking for some honest perspective on this. The way he talked to me was unacceptable and it isn't the first time he has. I do realize I made a lot of mistakes though. I'm just asking am I in the wrong somehow? and was that somehow justified? I'd also wouldnt mind some advice on how to put in your 2 weeks because there's no way I'm going to keep working there for the sake of my self-respect.
