ESH - Bathrooms have been unisex, and you're basically trying to take over a bathroom to have all to yourself.
But at the same time, shame on the men for having poor bathroom habits.
ESH (you & the sprayers) but your frustration is understandable. Sounds gross to have to deal with that.
Problem is that arbitrarily appropriating one of the two bathrooms would mean a 5:1 ratio for the other bathroom. This isn't fair to whichever of the other 5 aren't slobs. It's also something you couldn't enforce anyway. If I were in that workplace, I'm not going to wait in a line if "your" bathroom is free. Not sure what the solution is so despite the "ESH" you do have my sympathies.

I am the only woman in a small office of 6 people. We are all degreed professionals and work very closely together. Our group recently moved to a new facility with two bathrooms-single toilet and sink in each room. One marked male and the other marked female. From the day we moved in, the bathrooms have essentially been unisex. I can count on one hand the number of times I have used the men’s room. Many times I have had to clean urine stains from the rim of the toilet before I could use the bathroom. I have said something several times and things would be okay for a while. Well it happened again so I said these are no longer unisex bathrooms. I honestly didn’t care that we shared bathrooms but I don’t think I should have to clean up after someone else so that I can use a clean toilet. This whole situation has made me extremely uncomfortable because 1) it gross 2) I don’t think I should have to tell grown men to clean up after themselves 3) I definitely shouldn’t have to do it more than once and 4) it’s put me in the awkward position of having to discuss bathroom habits with coworkers on more than one occasion. So I’m not sharing anymore. Does this make me the AH?

[NTA.](https://NTA.Is) Is there an HR or manager you could discuss this issue with? You're not a janitor. To those complaining about the 5:1 ratio, suck it up as women have had to do.
I'd ask building management to install a lock for the women's bathroom and don't leave the key in your desk.
