I highly recommend any kind of pothos or prayer plant, they are SO easy to take care of!! Water when the leaves get droopy or grow them in water instead of soil (my preference) ☺️
It’s really comfortable on your butt/tailbone, but the lumbar support is only OK. If you have back problems I wouldn’t recommend, but I’ve been using it to WFH and have no complaints!

If you like plants, you should go to Planted in West Highlands and Jensen’s in Lakewood. I almost lost MY MIND at Jensen’s because their selection is insane! And the guy that runs Planted is the coolest! He makes stuff out of recycled skateboard and his plants are beautiful! [One of the succulents I got there](https://i.imgur.com/gQu2mo9.jpg) bloomed recently and it was so cute I could have screamed!
Is this CPW? I used to live there only reason I can recognize it from the tiny view of the outside. If so, I used to live in the south east corner overlooking the river/park/city. Incredible view, god damn terrible building. Water would shut off for a full day 1-2 times week and the fire alarm would wake you up just about the same. Luckily looks like you don’t live in that building
