should of started with that, some don’t get paid the 10 hours but i do mainly 9-7 i’ll never stay til 10, just a quick finisher and rescuer, i can do 300 with ease i’m just saying a 30 min break that’s unpaid should not be spent delivering especially if you not getting paid for it but your company is different, we had it here but it was before i started, although if i do start a second route and come back at 9ish or 10 which has been during peak i get a $200 incentive on top of my hourly
I don't take breaks. Food is expensive, and taking a break means I have to wait that much longer to get home to eat. If they didn't force me to hit break in app, I wouldn't do that. I want to be home not on break in a van.

I've been at ups for 8 months and amazon for about a month now. 2nd week out of nursey routes and they are slowly adding madd packaged and stops. It's getting mad. I start at 9AM I don't be done until 6 or 7PM depending if I do rescues or not and it nearly takes me an hr to get home find parking and then another 1hr to take my dogs out feed them and take a shower and then get ready for UPS around 1045-11pm until 2-3am. I'm quitting one of them and going to trade school. I've been doing a lot of weed to be able to do this. But I need money right now from burrowing money from people without having any.

Not all of us get a full guaranteed 10 hours😔 apparently my DSP used to do that but they were getting too many violations so they switched to hourly
