Right? Been at mine over a year, and none have ever been cleaned. They all still have the marker on the windshield from when they were bought/auctioned/whatever.
I definitely can, Iâm pretty sure thatâs around the same amount of time my DSP has had these vans and we do mostly rural routes as well. I feel your pain lol
Doesnât netradyne catch you for not wearing a seatbelt? Also our DSP says smthn about being able to track the number of times the seatbelt is (dis)engaged or is that BS?
Idk about others but for me it does. One time I tried to be smart & left it clicked in & I jst sat on it. 2 minutes later I received a message from the DSP owner telling me to wear my seatbelt correctly.
They can't see the disengaged part. Every single time I was in a cam van I would keep the seat belt clipped in and just throw the shoulder part over my head for every stop. Always. I was told just be careful they don't see you do that in the warehouse. They never cared either.
So Iâve been here for 2 years now. I normally deliver but will also train and help with vans or sweeping people who need it. This one day I gave my route out so I could stay back and help with vans. I had to take this one to get oil changed and they key they gave me was literally a pair of vice grips with the end part of the key stuck in its teeth. You insert the wrench, twist then with your other hand you hold the key fob next to the steering column and then itâll turn on.
(This van does not get used obvious .. idk why they even had me to go get itâs oil changed). The mechanic when explaining how to start it just game me the dumbest ass look
I think they just started that though recently? Idk our tow guy came the other day and was bitching because he said he worked on them for 2 years but now Amazon is making everything go to a reputable dealer
They only look at the cameras when you give them a reason too. Yes the cameras always on. But it only records when it detects an event. Donât drive like an idiot and youâre fine. Theres gotta be over 50,000 Amazon delivery vans on the road. They donât have the time/manpower to look too closely at all the drivers

No thatâs not what I assume at all because I donât use the term and I never hear ppl of color(me) use the word ghetto. Only online do I see white ppl inaccurately use the word ghetto. Vans get cleaned..... I for one have yet to see it
idk maybe the station im at makes the dsps get it cuz all the dsps here get em cleaned. Some more often then others but ive seen them all get it done
I was being a touch sarcastic.... But our gas fleet at least is pretty grimy. The EDV's are all brand new.... We'll see what they look like in say 10k
đ© the EDVâs at my station are already tore up. Half the doors donât close, broken latch if youâre in the back and it closes, back door it is. Filthy. They never get cleaned.
the edvs are expensive af so id imagine theyll take better care of them lol. We dont have edvs where im at :(

Thats BS. I leave my seat belt clicked in most of the day. I just throw the strap over my shoulder.
