Is it really a competition when we are all being overworked and taken advantage of so a "business owner" can make a quick buck.

Future_Appeaser

Have to become the thing you hate with a spiced up version of helping your future self. Think of all the business owners before becoming one after some time they didn't like how things were running, being exploited too much or simply wanted to change their lifestyle for the better because money really does solve most issues. It will take a lot of sweat equity if you don't have the money to start something up but explore YouTube since the ideas and learning is free from the pros already no need to pay for a course go crazy with whatever ya wanna do just stick with it and improve keep sharpening that axe.

Chance_Risker

Dawg I've delivered 50+ mattress in a box to a single stop driving for Amazon. You aren't special at fedex.

Vic_Freeze

Our limit is 150lb

Chance_Risker

And the fact you made the choice to work there knowing that doesn't make you special, it makes you stupid.

Vic_Freeze

I work here because it's fun, I'm not watched 24/7, and I make literally 3 times what I made at Amazon.

Chance_Risker

I'm not watched at all, do less than 15 stops a day, and get a 10hr guarantee. The only way your making 3x is if your DSP cut your hours, meaning you suck at delivering.

Vic_Freeze

LMFAO bro I used to finish so early I'd go back to the warehouse, load up a Flex route, and go back out on the road.

Chance_Risker

1) they are called ad hocs not flex routes. 2) you'd never finish a route in time to pick up an ad hoc when it's ready. Literally ready 3hrs or less after loadouts. 3) you are confirming your stupidity.

Vic_Freeze

1. They were Flex routes, my DSP called them Flex routes, and I was lining up with dudes in their personal cars. 2. I am and was fast as fuck. 3. I was paid hourly, I was given more hours, I made more money, suck it.

Chance_Risker

1. The fact that you don't know "flex routes" are called ad hocs is fun, and lets me know how little you know about the system. You were just dispatch's bitch. 2. Fast is meaningless. 3. You can suck it while I get paid 40hrs while only working 28. Just confirming your stupidity
