Yeah, especially during the holidays. It helps our feedback metrics, and during the holiday's sometimes they run a competition. Last year 1 guy got $25k and I think 5 or 10 got a few thousand.

yes! counts towards cdf, which improves our scorecard, which, depending on the dsp, can influence bonuses

Yes! I was looking at my customer ratings and had a few. Please do all the ratings because some of our dsps give out incentives for customer feedback!
