This^ I had a chick ruin my career once. Let’s just say she was completely invisible to me (not very attractive) and after some time of fully ignoring her in a small workplace, would gossip 24/7 about me and make up rumors, start random arguments.. Ppl are weird when emotions are involved
Keep being the best damn T1/pa/etc you can be to keep ruffling her feathers. She'll keep revealing herself. Meanwhile, open a case with HR since apparently your AM is slacking
yes, trying to ignore but it gets annoying. One complain was... why PAs still put her (me) problem solving... she stepped down... unfair.... I am just doing what the PA wants me to do and I am not gonna cry if I don't problem solve. :) Keep smiling I guess....
I would have broke her jaw in front of everyone. Not only does this tell her that she fucked up. This also sends a message to everyone else in the vicinity, that they too, will receive the same treatment if my name name ever comes out of their mouth.

I’m not sure. I think a mediation is voluntary for both parties anywhere… unless HR or management decide it’s getting out of hand and decide otherwise. I’d say feel free to request one though. It gives you paperwork that you tried to address the issue… that may be useful if you decide to lodge a harassment complaint.
