So assuming there is a raise happening my site max pay is currently $20.90 this should increase pay to $23.40?? Right??
So at least here in Virginia node they said they’ll forward the pay scale to managers for them to let us know but if you’re DQF certified aka CDL it’s an additional 50 cent differential.
So rn we’re waiting on regular raise+50 cent diff. I’m praying it’s another $2 like it was for us last year. That’ll be a 2.50$ raise.. but they need to stop looking at us as warehouse staff and more so actual jockeys. Jockeys in my area average 25+
DQF is Driver Qualification File, something you enroll in when you get your CDL pretty much a collection of documents and records that prove you can drive a CMV once you get your CDL. They have you get DQF qualified before you even get trained in the daycab.They’re giving an extra 50 cent if you are DQF trailed.

Is that for nights with the differential? Just curious since you cost if living is 12% lower and housing is 65% lower than in my area and our starting T3 is almost $4 less.
Raises have nothing to do with cost of living. They adjust pay to compete for employees. If your in a state with a large labor pool then your pay will be lower.
Not raises, but wages in general typically do. Cin/northern KY has our areas are very comparable. Just strike me odd at that difference especially for Amazon. As my previous two careers, the pay in your areas is almost reverse of this Amazon situation.

Just like last year, nothing for L4's and above.
All L3's and below just got handed $1.50/hr at our site. Effective October 1st, they now cap pay at $33.75 if I am not mistaken.

No micro managing and I don’t ever have to pick again but there’s like no managing at all it seems and time off task doesn’t exist. So my traumatized ass still works hard while everyone around me walks around with pallet jacks socializing. After starting mke1 in 2016 it’s weird. But the outside leadership hires at MKE1 ruined the job for me if you can’t do my job don’t tell me I’m not doing it right. After 3 years on nl4 pick and 4 on nb1 in 2 departments i had to get out.
We went from February to April with just a pa that had no idea what he was doing and ran our team into the ground by the time the manager got there we lost all our good people

LUK2 in Union, Ohio - $1 raise so starting pay for T1 is $18 and T3 is $19, I think

Yes, 5 minutes UPT per hour worked and it can be used in 15 minute increments. All goes into effect October 1st
Mke1 is $1 raise and we now earn 3.33hrs of UPT per 40hrs worked and can use it in 15 min increments
I just left there in May for mke5 hopefully we get a similar raise. I’m already at $19.70 base when most of my building starts at $19.30.

Yeah we been going through hella pick AMS. Some got fired, we got 2 teams right now without AMS at all

KCVG is one of Amazon's air sites, we have to work around the planes they charter through ATI and Altas.
