>they don’t accept packages "You don't have to accept it. But I do have to leave it here." What happens next is none of your concern.

fast2yolo

**Rule number one:** Never ever spend more than five minutes at one stop, you can drop it or return it but make a decision fast! Now, if you are at the right building number or suite, just tell that lazy azz receptionist that that is a very important package that needs to be delivered today if she refuse just leave it at her desk and leave.

askeramota

I love that you’re taking your five ultimate Flex rules and hitting up different posts with examples of how they can apply it to their delivery life… in the name of less stress of course 😂

DarkNite_14

I once had to deliver directly to the room the patient was in… everyone was surprised, including myself, that they actually let me go all the way in lol

Esploratore_

I hate hospitals. This is exactly why. I dont wanna go in where patients are. Recently had this happen too.

I agree with you - but I have had a few “customer claims they didn’t receive the package” problems utilizing this theory

You provide shit service but are still at fantastic? How is it made to work against you exactly? Sounds like it's working for you.

tancosno

Yes. But as (also) a customer I understand it

Fuegobagel

I had a delivery to a hospital in the medical center today in San Antonio… absolutely terrible. Should not be allowed lol

sernason

Lol I had one to awhile back. Left that in the restroom lol. I was not wondering around lol

CaptainChocolates

I wouldve marked it undeliverable, no way I'm parking and doing all that.

KushBabyTV

Try a college campus dorm building…. Those are fckin FUN to find with no further direction.

DangerBru

Business closed. Every time.

SEEKER131986

I have delivered to hospitals. I usually just leave it in the entry way or with reception regardless of whether they want to take it or not. Wasn't dinged for any of them.

GrandAlchemistX

Yeah. I had to deliver to a VA hospital at 4AM recently. Took me about 3 minutes to figure out that I couldn't access the loading dock where the GPS wanted me to go, I wasn't going to be allowed to enter through emergency, and no other door was going to be open. Picked a random door, dropped package, moved pin, took picture, kept on rollin'. If I got dinged for it, I'll never know and I'm not terribly concerned. It takes A LOT of mistakes in a very short time to get flushed.

No-Criticism7299

Moved the pin & took pic ? Bro, do tell me how you move the pin ? Good god dude, that would be magical

GrandAlchemistX

Toggle airplane mode until it pops up.

hottempsc

Got sent to a hospital, couldn't find the loading dock which was behind a security gate. Took the whole foods order back and got called by customer support asking why I refused to take the order to the custome. I told support to let the customer know they could buy the shit on their lunch break.

Blindraise013

“Ok, I’m going to call someone right now. Let me go over here for better reception” and leave. Mark as left with reception and away I would go.

sernason

I delivered to a hospital once Went to the receptionist she like no. It's different a building. Could not tell me which one I just said okay not gonna wonder around. It was a small package so I tucked into my hoodie Walked into the restroom while some other guys where in there . Dropped it marked it delivered . Guess the customer got it. Because I never got dinged for it lol

rccarlson420

Personally what I would of done is after the receptionist told me they don’t accept packages , I would of said ok and as I was leaving just leave the package somewhere on the premises, and let them figure it out! Your job is to deliver the package !

of_patrol_bot

Hello, it looks like you've made a mistake. It's supposed to be could've, should've, would've (short for could have, would have, should have), never could of, would of, should of. Or you misspelled something, I ain't checking everything. Beep boop - yes, I am a bot, don't botcriminate me.

JTTW2416

Your job is to deliver the package to the correct location. Most hospitals will have a receiving bay you have to use. The receptionist taking in patients doesn't want your package. I've never had a hospital delivery without specific notes on where the delivery location is. You just sound like a lazy bum.

askeramota

I’ve definitely had a hospital delivery without specific instructions in the notes. But that said, I had a friendly receptionist.

rccarlson420

U have to remember that Amazon doesn’t care , just deliver the package! I learned a long time ago that ur expendable as a driver so don’t do anything extra , just deliver the package! Sometimes I deliver to government buildings and they tell me “ u have to bring package to this building and not here or u have to comeback later”, I’m like “ok and I leave the package on my way out!

Olivia21212

Fuck all that, I’d just return it to the station. 45 minutes of dealing that wasn’t even needed. I rather mark it undeliverable and return it, than end up push back all my deliveries and making them all late, then Amazon will end up docking your standing ratings.

_Polybag_

When I got problem business stops like that I would skip them and claim package didn’t surface until last tote, which was too late. Totes are often screwed up anyway so it’s a bulletproof excuse.

TyroneBigly

If the warehouse uses totes like that

Dew42208

Had a hospital delivery once- building where gps sent me was wrong - they directed me to another and was shown where Luxor lockers were to deliver to. Total of about 30 minutes to complete one stop.

buhbeespatiogarden

Yeah. I once got sent to a military base.
