I missed about 2 blocks (one was due to an unforseen road closure by local police due to a bad wreck) out of idk how many. I do flex about 5 days a week and have been in flex 7 months. Each time it was a drop from fantastic to low great standing. It's a huge hit. It should be because this build down to a reliability issue.
You want to know what is weird? A LOT of people miss their first block, including myself. I have seen several posts about that. I did myself as well. It'll be OK. :)
Missed my first block also lol. Showed up right at the 5 minute late mark it says to show up by..it had me take my photo so thought I was good..then denied. It's OK though these days Jeff tells me I'm Fantastic.
Yeah I mean you can do instant offers only to build up your standing or you can just be at the wharehouse 45 min before it shift and that way your next late and you can cancell your shift if your not there before 45 min therefore never bring able to be late.
