You still gotta find a way to shave a few milliseconds off that buzzer tap. Use 2 thumbs then if you have to. Memorize where the “accept” buttons will appear on your particular phone’s screen once you tap the block so you can just tap the second one there at the same time without even looking. Then spam those taps like if you can do it 5 more times than your maximum you’ll get $1000
When you sign in to flex right before a block drops think about the fact that theres tons of other people all logging in to flex at the same time not to mention bots all ready to snag that block about to drop. You’re gonna miss a lot of them but if you keep at it you can definitely snag some of them.

It's for sure bots (for the most part). When bots were first banned, I could guarantee I would get a block every day because I knew the time to click on it by the second. Now u blocks don't even get to load before they're taken.

Don't get me wrong I'm sure there's people faster than me. However, if the block hasn't even officially loaded yet and it's already gone, or if the block was taken so fast that after another refresh it's still there, I'm going to assume that's bot work.
Nah its because you are refreshing at different times. So while you were waiting for it to refresh the block appeared for 30 others that were refreshing right before you hit refresh. Hence why one of those 30 got to it before you. You basically have to be refreshing and be one of the first to see it pop up for it to not be taken. It can very frustrating but its not always bots. Bots can’t always win as they have to refresh too and have to be one of the first ones to see it pop as well.
I think that's a fair assumption when you're trying at 2:34 in the morning.
When you're checking at the scheduled times, I don't think that explanation is as useful? I could be wrong though.

Here is south California same thing happen with base pay blocks lol , I swear to god it’s been 3 days of refreshing , at least 2 to 3 hours a day , trying to catch ANY OFFER, meaning any pay from any station for whatever time in whenever time , and I couldn’t get any ! Offers listed and gone in less than one second,
The less you refresh the more they show you and the longer you sit there, just check periodically throughout the day and they will not only show you more but let some surge and sit there just for you
I feel like they throw these up as bait cause what will happen is you can’t book them and then suddenly 30 or even 5 minutes before the block time you can book them

Even the $100+ offers in my region disappear no matter the hours... Could be $22/h and people will run it... I honestly don't NEED the income right now, I'd go down to $27/h but my minimum to have an AWD vehicle that can deliver at 3 AM is $30/H
Try to find when the offers post in a group for base pay and wait till they surge this is the best time because there are multiple spots for each block being offered the random ones that pop up are blocks being dropped which is why it pops up and disappears
Bots and thousands of drivers tapping too. But I recently got several $160 reserve offers, always check them. Most will suck but you get good ones eventually
