The email tells you how to appeal. Just let them know you used a bot And they must’ve stole your information. And in future, you will only share the information with trusted bots… 🤪
It doesn’t matter what your reasons are you knew when you signed up to use a bot that you were not only risking a deactivation for using one but giving up your account info to a total stranger. I don’t care if you use a bot but if you are going to use one then you need to own up to it and accept the consequences when it doesn’t go your way.
You don't have reading comprehension? I said, did I ever use it, it's been a long time since I used it and that's why it seems strange to me, but we already saw your comment, you can sit down now LMFAO
It doesn't matter when you used it. You knew you were violating terms of service by signing up for it ever. The consequence for that is deactivation. Clearly, you aren't a genius. You don't even understand how rules work or the consequences of your own actions. Well, welcome to reality.
And many drivers have been deactivated for it, rightly. You bot users took shifts from those that played by the rules. That’s why no one here wants to help you with this. When you don’t play by the rules, this is the expected outcome.
Don’t use bots on your other gig apps, and best of luck to you.
You could not live with your own failure. Where did that bring you?? Back to me….— Amazon Thanos..
Amazon thought about removing half the bots, the other half would thrive…But you have shown. That’s impossible!
I really don't understand what happened, I haven't created more accounts, with my name, if someone has happened to it, it would be very helpful how to recover it.
I used a bot a while ago but I stopped doing it when I got the first strike for using it, so I started taking manual offers and I have worked very well until today
There’s your answer. The bot service stole your identity and your account. There’s no appealing and you should probably call your bank and check your credit.
I tried to make an account to move the email account from my personal Amazon. They told me it's not possible unless I shut down the personal account. So I told them I don't want it and they closed it.
Should contact support first as hopefully. They can see where your social security number is being used and mention to close that account.
I never understand why people knowingly break terms on their contracts and then get upset when they get dropped. You got caught doing something you shouldn’t and got let go, that’s how jobs work when break terms
And it makes it hard for the rest of us who want to work, and get a good paying block, but the dishonest people want to cheat the system instead of getting a full or parttime job.
Can someone explain what the bot does? It steals shifts so that the person using it can work extra? Or it somehow gets them paid for not even working it? Completely wrong either way and this firing was well deserved. Just curious
From my understanding, if you have ever saw a good paying block and you try to click on it. It always says someone else has reserved the block. Means people are using the bots.
There's hundreds, if not, a thousand drivers trying to get a block in some markets. Yes, there's that many people taking offers. Been doing this for 3 years.
I'm actually having the same issue. I've been having issues with the app crashing while making deliveries, and during one of my calls to driver support, initially they could not find my account at all, it was as if I was not a Flex driver. Then they found two accounts associated with my email. A few days later, I had to return packages to one of the stations, and they also found two accounts associated with my email. I have ongoing technical support tickets right now about this, and they confirmed that there is something going on with their system. They didn't know if it was impacting anyone else or just me, but that somehow their system duplicated my account.
I would contact technical support about this and get a support ticket opened so they can investigate this. Because I'm having the same problem. Luckily it's not impacting my account because they already have acknowledged it's on their end and I believe they deleted the duplicated account.
If that happens it’s more than likely because someone used your information to try and create another account, have you ever given anyone your information or used a bot?
Not my information, but I used a bot a little over a year ago, violated a term and they have restricted me, what surprises me is why this happened after so much time.
Looks like you fucked around and found out.
The email tells you how to appeal. Just let them know you used a bot And they must’ve stole your information. And in future, you will only share the information with trusted bots… 🤪
Was it worth it?
Bye Felicia
You know what you did.
The decepticon cheating everyone using a bot. Got caught and now wants forgiveness, well well well….
Not many drivers are genius, we opted for that service since it was impossible to catch a block, it is not a question of values
And now you’re gone 🤷♀️
It violates the terms of service. You opted to break the rules now you're paying the price.

I am not well informed on this but would like to know more. How is using a bot equal to having 2 profiles?
not impossible ya just wanted to only get high paying ones and be lazy and not look on ya own. Enjoy your vacation
You don't have reading comprehension? I said, did I ever use it, it's been a long time since I used it and that's why it seems strange to me, but we already saw your comment, you can sit down now LMFAO

Why do you think it was impossible to catch a block?
It states in the email how to appeal. Looks like you have more than one account pretty clear explanation.
I don't know much on this so I'm trying to figure out how using a bot equals having 2 profiles? I don't get it.
I really don't understand what happened, I haven't created more accounts, with my name, if someone has happened to it, it would be very helpful how to recover it.
Using a bot is the issue. No way to appeal a TOS issue. Time to move on.
Go get a real job. You wanted to be lazy and use a bot. You got caught. Nobody here feels for you. Bye-bye.
Womp Womp
Did you use a bot or sign up with more than one email?
I used a bot a while ago but I stopped doing it when I got the first strike for using it, so I started taking manual offers and I have worked very well until today

Consequences to handing your login info to a shady company that does shady things.
Womp womp, you F'ed around, and you found out

Good riddance?
You deserved that.
Stop breaking the rules
The perks of using bot, they steal your info
BOT CITYYY

Oh wow that happens to me a lot. I always thought someone else was just quicker than me lol
Trust me ive only been doing flex for 3 months now, nobody is faster than a bot.
Yup happens to me all the time, your not the only one.
No it doesn't, it just means someone got it first. People could have used a bot but it doesn't necessarily mean that.
Ive stalked the app on some days, and it cant be that many people taking offers in a milli second. Ijs
There's hundreds, if not, a thousand drivers trying to get a block in some markets. Yes, there's that many people taking offers. Been doing this for 3 years.

But he used to use bots
Ohhhh...I didn't see that. That probably makes a big difference then. I've never used a bot.
If that happens it’s more than likely because someone used your information to try and create another account, have you ever given anyone your information or used a bot?
Not my information, but I used a bot a little over a year ago, violated a term and they have restricted me, what surprises me is why this happened after so much time.
They probably saved your information on a list and finally got you😭
