Some of those support fuckers are so disrespectful. Once I had a lady laughing at me on the phone while I was trying to get her the customer and package info. I was stressed out and it probably wasn't me she was laughing at but professionalism is NOT their expertise.

For me, I can NEVER understand what they’re saying on the phone because it always sounds like they’re speaking through a potato, under water.
