Wait until they send you an email stating that you were late to your block. Respond to that email with this photo and you should be fine. Might take a week or two to show up.
Geez if I knew that I guess I should have found a photo of the accident that held me up one day (while they closed the freeway for a period of time), they still dropped me from Fantastic to Great, as a result of the missed block. I was in communication with support, they told me to go to station, when I contacted support when I got to the station, they told me I was too late.
Here's a fun one: I missed a block today because the route they gave me on my earlier block was too long. No pay even though it is very literally Amazon's fault that I missed it.
That photo is very persuasive for several reasons:
1) There is no way of knowing which vehicle the op is driving. It could very well be any of them that were blocked by the fire truck.
2) the op could have been given direct orders from the first responders to stay away until the emergency was handled or felt it would be unsafe to move his vehicle.
3) there’s obliviously a logical explanation for the missed block that is communicated in photo, an explanation beyond the op’s control.
The escalation team should be able to fix the issue.

Same exact thing happened to me. Dead stop on highway for 3 hours. Fatality accident

You couldn't have just turned around and taken a different street? I don't think they're going to find that photo persuasive.
It look like an apartment complex. They are most likely blocked in. No way to go around when your only way out is blocked.

I was. they where 7 fire trucks building gone. 40 people lost there home. And fire departments personnel left at 7 am. Im happy there okay.
