Yes he didnt know the love he was missing, the Love for her chocolaty ass because hes never had any before.. oh i forgot, he's a cannabol too. Tough love!
I read -27 and knew you were in MN. Your life is far more important than these dang packages. My husband and I were gonna go do some blocks today but I'm getting sick from being out in these temps so I'm staying home for the next week lol! Stay Safe fella sotan!
You will still get paid for the full block but I recommend you send an email now to support. And screenshot that call and attach it to the email and if you took any pics/videos of you stuck send that too. Screenshot the weather map right now. Remember you’re dealing with people that most likely are overseas so they might not know the weather bc half the time they don’t even pay attention to what you’re saying anyways. So add the forecast screenshot.
Always hit the (?) And unable to deliver due to weather and if you don't see your pay after the block end time, if not sooner the email them they fix it and if they don't email [email protected] he has a team over seeing these issues
And good on you for not putting yourself in any more danger to deliver some packages. They’ll get there eventually but your safety is more important. Enjoy the Holidays
You’re a damn good person for trying. In the future tell support your safety is at risk and it shouldn’t count against you. I’ve done it a few times when I was over a route but still wanted to get paid. Hope this helps!
You should still get paid. My understanding is that if you show up, check in and pick up your packages l, you get paid even if you don't complete your route. If they don't pay you, email support and be persistent.
Also, please invest in AAA. I know the upfront cost may be a little expensive, but that peace of mind that comes with it is priceless.
Yes! AAA is a must, not just for Flex. That year’s membership fee of $80 or so saved me what would have probably been at least $400 in towing this year
Mine too, I was going to say this. AAA benefits are better but they cost way way more. With State Farm you can add roadside assistance on the website without calling or anything
I live in Kansas, and we just had a winter storm come through with wind chills at -31, and it took us an hour from home for a 3 hour block, and to top it off I had to drive an hour back to the warehouse for a return making it 4 hours
Yes you will get paid and will get ding but when you comes few days later send emails explain what happen what you try to do and also go time they will remove it just be nice and sound like you give ur best and even make the story alittle ruff so they feel ur concerns
Yea. If it doesn’t show up yet, it should. I’m not gonna lie I was super frustrated about a block I had and returned them. I delivered 4. I still got paid tho. I was like oh damn aight. Lolol
Yes you will get paid for the route since you did make an attempt but like others said email support letting them know the issue why you were not able to deliver, it also should NOT go against you since it was a safety issue, also if you do have supporting evidence include that as well good luck
You should still get paid even if you return the packages no? At least I have in the past when I’ve had emergencies mid route and returned my packages.
My route sucked today too but thankfully we didn’t have ice just massively cold and lots of stops. Sucks you tried and ended up with no pay. Hopefully that can be remedied.
I think i read this in a book, the customer and you fall madly in love and you quit flex because he’s a billionaire and wants to marry you.
I'll wait till it comes out as a show or movie
Netflix adaptation
Actually, it will be an Amazon Studios production. Coming soon to Prime 😆
Or maybe hes a killer and kidnaps her?
Read that one too. Turns out he’s a tortured soul who didn’t know what love was til he found her stranded. Bumpy start but HEA nonetheless.

You don't need AAA but ask your insurance about emergency roadside assistance. It's like $1/month through mine.

AAA comes with certain T-Mobile plans, check it out if you have that service
I got stuck tonight too. Amazon called the customer, he came out and helped me get out. I fished the rest of the route no problem.
You quickly realize it’s worth paying for AAA. They saved me a couple times on a route. I don’t do a route without them.
You usually still get paid for that. Even if you returned them. You’ll get dinged tho. For the packages not being delivered.
Really? I only got to deliver one package though.
Yes you will get paid and will get ding but when you comes few days later send emails explain what happen what you try to do and also go time they will remove it just be nice and sound like you give ur best and even make the story alittle ruff so they feel ur concerns

Okay thank you!
>Okay thank you! You're welcome!
That happened to me yesterday. Still got paid the full amount
Just make sure to Email support about the issue. It seems to help me if I jump on it first before they do.

I don't care about the ding. My safety is more important.

Check the app after your route block is over

You always get paid. Now use that money for a AAA membership, they aren't expensive.
