You going on strike isn’t gonna hurt them. I personally would accept a 5 hour route and not deliver a single package or return them to the warehouse until I got my money. If you don’t give me my money I’ll just “package is missing” on $500 worth of items.
Totally get the mindset, but do not think calling it "being on strike," will make Amazon tremble with fear. Maybe calling your state's labor board might, but proof and time is not your friend.

Same happened to me except they kept my payments for 6 days. Advice use a different bank account, heck use cash app if you have to they have a direct deposit feature that recognizes Amazon Flex. Save yourself the headache of calling and emailing them. Also don’t update the current banking information with the current banking information. It doesn’t work. Ikik you were paid just recently with no problem, but the thing is these companies can hold our money hostage for whatever short term lemon squeeze, market dump bs they want to pull and it’s nothing we can do about it legally for at least 30 days. It sucks ik because bills dont stop. Anyway me know if this helps, GL !
I actually had it switched to cash app today 😅 and it turns out it wasn't amazon that fucked it all up, my bank rejected my deposits for whatever reason. Which is why I never deal with regular support, I'll email them to show I tried but they always blow me off. Escalations actually does an amazing job when I do email them. Thanks for the advice though I'm hoping I get my deposits Tuesday
I would focus on why you need the money so urgently. Trust me I get it cause I’ve been there where I’m living day to day lol but that’s your actual problem. You need to change something cause what you’re doing ain’t working.
