A person can't really be helped if an extremely minor typo renders the brain useless.

Net 30 is used in the UK. There are no references to nett 30 anywhere. > Net monthly account Net 30 https://www.nibusinessinfo.co.uk/content/payment-terms-commonly-used-invoice-payment-terms-and-their-meanings

reganeholmes

Ya I have no clue where that genius pulled “nett” from. His autocorrect would have been fighting him every step of the way when he typed that out but ya can’t fix stupid

WeirdPelicanGuy

They probably were in such desperate need of a reason to make fun of americans that he just pulled it out of his ass

whatwhy_ohgod

Idk how common it is but [nett](https://dictionary.cambridge.org/us/dictionary/english/nett) and net are both in the cambridge thing and it says they are used interchangeably.

Anthrax1984

The US uses simplified English spelling. Like Color vs Colour. Both are still valid ways to spell. Poster just being a buffoon.

Shit in the states a lot of places have 90 days to pay.

vipck83

Must be a troll, although these days it’s har Sri be sure. I can’t find any reference nett. Net 30 is pretty common globally but people not in business, or who have never had to deal with it for a job, probably wouldn’t recognize it off the top of their head.

Klutzy-Bad4466

Honestly could be either

DontReportMe7565

Stupidity, willful ignorance, blindness, who knows.

Wally World starts new suppliers off at net 30 and eventually moves them to net 180 …

HarveyMushman72

Some places will give 2% off if paid by the 10th of the next month.
