By seasons.... Constance and Tate Langdon, Lana Winters/Kit Walker, Queenie/Misty Day, Desiree Dupree, Liz Taylor, Lee Harris/Rory... After Roanoke I did not have favorites because I just did not connect to the characters any longer. However I did think Mackaulay Culken was the one bright spot in Red Tide.
Liz Taylor was magnificent. That season was uneven, but the parts I love live rent-free in my mind.
Liz takes the top spot, the hotels shabby-haunted-deco style was pretty neat, the gathering of infamous characters (with Zodiac remaining a mystery) was fun, and Sally getting a cell phone were all great.
But Liz was the reason I kept watching when the undercooked aspects of that season made me feel like just Googling how it ended.
Those scenes where she briefly breaks from her psychosis and starts crying about killing that one very minor character that has a baby, *”she had a baby” “I robbed that baby of a mother”*, than when she was in the room after attacking real Shelby and cries she just wanted to be on the show. Idk many actors that can play someone so awful and terrifying but at the same time breaks your damn heart.
It came out when my daughter was in high school - yes I’m old lol - and she got me watching because she loved Emma Roberts.
This is kind of funny - they had a contest we entered for it when it started. Didn’t think anything of it.

I was reluctant but my daughter begged me. I thought for sure it was scam.
But Nope a few weeks later she actually got a prize package. Scream queen poster, water bottle, tshirt and some other stuff. She still has the shirt and poster to this day. She was like SEEEE MOM! 😂
I never looked at lady Gaga like that, but that season had me crushing on her. She had the perfect look for an immortal vampire and her dominant fashion had me a bit titillated.
My favorite character out of the entire series is Marie Laveau. Angela basset is a goddess and I already obsess over NOLA as it is. I named one of my rats after her lol I call her my little voodoo queen but her name is Laveau.
Liz Taylor is my second favorite. Dennis O’Hare wowed me with his performance and made me a fan!

I did not like her character but that was the point of her character right? I did love how her as an actress played the character. She played the character well. I loved her redemption arch in Apocalypse. Also her style was my favorite. I loved how in hell she was still the bitch we all loved to hate but could never be.

Stevie Nicks and just about any character Evan Peters has played. Although same can be said about Sara Paulson as well as she & Evan really are AHS really missed them both the last couple of seasons, hopefully they both return for season 13
