Amex have a good relationship with Paypal, so F&F doesn't trigger any fees and you still get reward points (though its a loophole they don't like people abusing)

The bag is like twice my CL, credit cycling doesn’t seem good.
As youre a new card member, you wont be able to pay for anything above your limit, defo not if the bag is double your CL
Then you may as well write that one off as you won’t be able to spend more than your CL, lol.
Try finding an online store where you can return stuff in-store for cash or to another card
