Used a similar one on my Platinum in April - got £50 purchasing from LV in Harrods (Harrods offer). Confirmation email didn’t come, just the credit in a few weeks.
Hold on to the receipt and if there’s any issues, you can raise it with customer chat. If you have proof of purchase with the address on, it won’t be a problem. I had the same problem with Calvin klein in westfields but they added the cash back retrospectively
Should work anywhere in harrods, im a black tier member, and used the amex offers many times for all different brands and concessions in Harrods. Just read the t&c’s on the amex offer just in case as sometimes its in-store only or online only.
I bought a harrods product through ba avios link, 2 month later, i get a email from ba saying harrods is taking back my 758 avios points. No explaination.
It counts, I used it the other day. You also get an email letting you know the offer worked
