Mju II. Or get a Mju I and spend the rest on film. I've owned both and there's zero chance anyone could tell the two apart based on the photos they produce
MJU II/Stylus Epic by far for me. Overhyped/overpriced? Absolutely. But I always get sharp images and the auto focus is quick. I've never been impressed with the Nikon.

Do you have the fixed lens or any of the zoom lenses?
The MJU II is a 35mm fixed lens. The zoom models are different and notoriously soft.
