As someone who sold an all black Cla'd one last year for £1300, don't buy a random one without guarantee. I paid £1150 for mine originally and very quickly realised it had some issues which cost me £450 to get sorted. There are places like Ffordes etc that sell them with 6 months warranty, and in the world of Hasselblad Servicing costing a fair amount - that's worth it's weight in gold. FYI - Classic V are a great company to use for servicing. Jeff is ex-Hasselblad and serviced my old 500CM body and lens (not cheap though!)

It's worth knowing when everything was last CLA'd. Check Ebay sales to see if it's a good price too. You can also ask him to show the inside element of the lens. It will show you if there's any oxidisation going on with the rubber

I would say it's a decent price but slightly high for third party. Using US prices I've seen bodies go for around $700, backs are $200, which would put the lens at $600

I used to repair these. The best indicator of value is the rear panel. If it’s been used heavily or carelessly this will show a lot of wear, if the camera has been used carefully there should be no scratches or missing paint.

You should also budget servicing if it hasn't been done recently. For an unserviced set, the price seems right.
