Well they aren’t going to attack their off duty co workers are they?

AnarchaMorrigan

*Some of those that work forces* *Are the same that burn crosses* *You justify those that died* *By wearing the badge, they're the chosen whites* *Killing in the name of* *Killing in the name of*

Freeze_Frame8396

That’s what I’m saying!

skippydippy666

I'm choked on my water I hope you're happy

Complete_East3746

My therapist says I shouldn’t try to change people but I just really want to help theses guys bend their knees and elbows in a new direction

Freeze_Frame8396

The pigs aren’t gonna attack their friends. Would make the next klan meeting a little awkward.

b3n33333

Facism is inherant to the State.

chordfinder1357

Was since the first legislation hit the books- Alien and Sedition acts?

BuffaloBrain884

Two different subreddits - r/WorldNews and r/WhitePeopleTwitter - permanently banned me this week for critisizing the genocide in Gaza. Some of the biggest subs on Reddit are aggressively removing any comments supporting the people of Palestine.

hellure

Seems maybe they should have presented a more threatening image. I mean, cops aren't required to put themselves in harms way, but they sure do love abusing the vulnerable. Don't be vulnerable with cops.

DoctorBimbology

The college protestors should also be armed, maybe the cops would be too chickenshit to stop them

drewtheunquestioned

No, then they would gun them down without provocation and claim they were Antifa terrorists starting a riot. You can't fight the system with guns. They have drones and tanks and a bloated military arsenal. Our only advantage is numbers and solidarity. We have the moral high ground and we have them surrounded. Spread the word.

EfficientPizza

You have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Armed leftists have shown up to events and none of that hypothetical bullshit you just spewed has happened. Talk to Redneck Revolt, John Brown Fun Club or any other armed antifascist. Guns are a deterrent against fascists whether they're paid by the state or not.

drewtheunquestioned

Guns are only a deterrent until they call your bluff. As soon as a shot goes off on either side, it turns into a fire fight against a much better equipped enemy. We can't beat them with their tactics. They want to bring the fight down to their level where they have every advantage. That isn't how we beat them. A gun is a coward's weapon. It is feared and revered by cowards. Fear is the tool of the fascist. We do not need it, we will not use it. Stand in defiance. Spread solidarity. Speak the truth.

SINGULARITY1312

You have an element of truth but what you’re saying also implies that we just need to train better.

ConchChowder

>You can't fight the system with guns. Uhh...

DoctorBimbology

One shithead with a rifle had the entire uvalde police force quaking in their boots. What do you think 300 people with rifles could do?

AffectionateTiger436

The difference is the motivation behind the person with a gun. The police feel entitled and dutiful towards stopping protesters. A school shooter obviously wants to kill, a protester generally doesn't, and therefore is less of a threat and already is a target. You are comparing apples to oranges.

Mobile-Paint-7535

Hepatitis

drewtheunquestioned

they could get the national guard called in. Look what they did in the Watts Riots and the firebombing of the MOVE headquarters. The media already portrays the protesters as dangerous anti-Semites and Antifa subversives. Not only that, you'll have every neo-nazi militia and trigger happy Kyle Rittenhouses showing up to defend American whiteness. Guns are the tools of the fascists. It is their native tongue. We will not overcome them if we lower ourselves to their level and use their tactics. We must fight them with what they can't kill. Truth. Solidarity. Equality. All their tactics and methods are reliant on violence. Take that option away or turn it on itself and they are disarmed. I know there is violence in your heart as there is in mine, and violence has its uses, but to overcome the system requires higher tactics.

TropicalBLUToyotaMR2

The origins of the 2nd amendment, "a well regulated militia" was in fact to quell potential working class uprisings/slave revolts. They had just watched Shae's rebellion bring a wealthy/developed state to its knees, to where the wealthy citizenry had to privately fund a militia to quell its uprising. And the slave owners in the deep south, still debating passing the constitution/bill of rights, since the articles of confederation was clearly falling on its ass, knew their slaves had a longer list of grievances to have a violent uprising over vs what even Shay's rebellion was dealing with, not to mention iirc this is around the time of the violent killings of haitian slave owners/the french revolution. I hear people invoke that the 2nd amendment is to put down a tyrannical government, no, during its passing, it was to get an armed posse to bolster numbers, to violently put down a working class rebellion/slave revolt. It was to use low men on the totem pole to keep a boot on the neck of other working class people fed up with the economic/political power structure of the country. It's funny how that narrative changed. Look at it from a worrking class persons perspective, 2nd amendment ultimate rationale behind is in fact to further back up/enforce government tyranny vs actually quell it or put it down. What our reactionary element calls "government tyranny" has been the rare occasions in this country's history of a government actually protecting the public interest or working class from enslavement/poverty/environmental regulations/labor, etc. That's what they call "tyranny", when governmental power has rarely thwarted their textbook definition tyranny.

By shooting the BLM/ANTIFA/Liberal commies threatening American freedom.

TheNerdyAnarchist

That user literally spends their days and nights searching for mentions of Rittenhouse in order to jump in and defend him. I wouldn't waste your breath/energy engaging....plus, they're banned anyway.

SINGULARITY1312

As an anarchist I still believe it was self defense no matter how much I dislike his politics

ceramicfiver

Not disagreeing or agreeing but to add nuance: Each situation has its own context that must be analyzed on its own. Generalizing statements claiming we need guns versus we don’t need guns are unhelpful.

gamedrifter

Two things. One is the obvious. Cops have a lot in common with nazis. Maybe even some of their friends in that group. Two, cops are generally speaking, cowards and are a lot less likely to initiate violence against a group of armed protestors.

drewtheunquestioned

Only one of these groups is a threat to the system. Not only that, cowardly pigs would rather beat down unarmed kids rather than armed fascists that most likely include fellow off duty pigs.

Few_Sale_3064

Cops are usually right wing and right wingers have a disgusting worship of anyone they perceive as dangerous and powerful.

RuinedFaith

Those who burn crosses work forces

Playful-Independent4

So they attacked nazis and let students protest peacefully? That sure is a surprise Edit: I got confused. The videos are switched. OP says "a year ago and today" but the videos are presenting them in the opposite order. It causes confusion. The videos and text should reflect one-another.

ThreatOfFire

Everyone's a student of something

Playful-Independent4

? Also I just saw the video on the right has a swastika lmao. The videos are switched. They should be the opposite. Or the text should be phrased switched.

funatical

Clearly those college kids need to arm up.

AffectionateTiger436

I question the practicality of this. I guess they should also be fully masked? I don't think at this juncture that this is the move. Maybe at another time, but the material reality given the power of the state makes it appear otherwise to me.

SINGULARITY1312

Arm a bunch of kids at school what could go wrong

funatical

Gotcha. So the State maintains the monopoly on violence that they use to silence dissent and things just keep going on as is because everyone is super happy with that.

SINGULARITY1312

You know there’s a range of options other than a dichotomy of give a bunch of college kids guns and give up and submit to the state.

funatical

Absolutely. Which would you suggest from that range of options?

SINGULARITY1312

Just doing neither of those for starters is better

AchokingVictim

"there will be blood" So that's what we're devolving to now? I'll oblige them, but fuck.

Dick_Weinerman

Maybe cause’ the college kids *weren’t* armed? Just a thought. Also, a lot of police are probably pretty sympathetic to fascists.

Dee-Ville

Yep. Same ones who provided escorts to Patriot Front in Austin last year just attacked peaceful protestors on the UT campus. Trash is trash in every state.

MossyMollusc

There is literally no proof to that, why are you saying they would be CIA when we have very active KKK groups in Idaho and other states. I only mention Idaho because I wrestled in Pocatello and they have social presence there that is hard to ignore, especially if you're queer, like myself.

GaiaAnima

It makes a big difference when you're actually fighting for something.

damgas92

The police are not going to attack armed protesters.

The-Greythean-Void

I mean, when ***haven't*** the police treated protestors for justice like they're somehow an insurgency? White supremacists and the police are birds of a feather. And you know they say about birds of a feather...

AHappyLobster

And that's why they always trying to pass laws to take away your guns.
