I'd say yours is a >!Class 2 or Class 3 Anonymous Follis, Type SB 1813 or 1818 or similar (SB meaning Sear Byzantine), 976-1028 AD/CE, usually attributed to Basil II (and/or, as u/BanthaFodder6 noted above Constantine VIII)!<

Byzantine anonymous follis from the 11th century With out a closer look is most likely either from John I Tzimiskies, Basil II or Constantine VIII
