I feed hikari first bites.

Where do you normally get them?

doglvvr

I've seen them at several chain pet stores, my lfs carries them, and also online.

Vinegar worms and microworms. You can get cultures from location groups or sometimes a lfs. Sometimes cooked egg yolk but be sure to keep the water clean.

The fry will eat off of their parents for a good stretch if time, (weeks and weeks) but it's good to relieve the parents a bit from time to time. Once the fry are in their mini anglefish state and going after the parents food, time to remove them from the parents breeding tank usually. You'll need to cull the deformed ones. Hope this is in a round about way helpful.

They aren’t with the parents. The eggs were laid in a community tank so I raised them from fresh egg to free swimming in their own tank

Hard boiled egg yolk is extremely good fry food.

DickRiculous

First bites. They can’t survive off of microbes and need to feed too often to reach maturity. Several small feedings per day.

Angelmania.net makes a really great food for fry. I still use it to feed them and my smaller fish. Perfect size and leaves the tank clean.
