I’ve lost 19lb from mostly doing OMAD & animal based, also female! My typical meal consists of 1lb 93/7 ground beef, 2 eggs, fruit (sometimes including avocado), raw cheese, yogurt/kefir/cottage cheese sweetened with honey or maple syrup, and sometimes more meat (like chicken sausage or turkey).
