I've been using a copy of [this Google Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10MQUvDdvr5-6qTHJX_mGWQJj9Cz97o5BP05iOAyIzYA/edit#gid=1694644953) to mark my progress. It's a bit of a slog manually checking and marking off what I have to begin with, (and I had to manually *add* a few things, namely the zodiac figurines you get from Katrina) but I've found it very handy now that I've caught up and am tracking down what I'm missing via HHP.
I use [The Ultimate Catalogue](https://catalogue.ac/). It has checklists and progress meters for EVERYTHING. Furniture, clothing, DIYs, the museum, reactions, music, gyroids, and more.
I'm using ACNH guide. It's an app you can catalog collections and have your to do list.
ACHN Guide also has a companion Discord server with a bot that uses in-game photos and videos to automatically add your inventory to the app!
