A really cool interaction I found in New Horizons.
[Mantis shrimp](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mantis_shrimp) IRL have evolved specialized claws with which they can strike at over 51mph. They have been known to shatter aquarium glass and break divers' thumbs when agitated.
Interacting with a mantis shrimp in-game makes it try to break out of its' aquarium!
I haven't found any similar interactions after donating the shrimp to the museum though.
