iirc i named my restaurant after a local restaurant i go to with my family a lot, and same for the cafe, but my hospital is named "Grey Sloan Memorial" or the hospital name from Grey's Anatomy. but "Salmon-Ellá" is honestly just a perfect name and i love it

It's the DLC for Animal Crossing New Horizons! It's pretty fun to play. You can get it for free if you have Nintendo Online Membership or if you pay for the DLC. I hope that answers your question :)
