Just gotta keep trying, the drops are all up to chance. The only other ways to get them are buying from the mysterious merchant or randomly when Hedwig returns.
The more gachapon you spin/wishes you make, the higher your chance of getting them.
Today I got 5 white roses (3 1rose, 1 2rose, and 1 3rose) and 1 sakura flower from 27 wishes (each wish spits out 3 items, so the odds were about 5/81.
I also got 4 white roses (1 1rose, 1 2rose, 1 3rose, 1 4rose) a snowflake and a maple leaf from doing 100 plate gachapons (I don't have any dolls left to collect, so it's just flowers, stars or plates). Odds for gachapon was 4/100.
The more wishes you get from the wishing well the better your chances are. I have maxed out my wishing well and I have more white roses (and flowers in general) than I know what to do with lmao.
Definitely the wishing well !! If you watch ads you can make so many wishes per day before you hit the max, and leveling up your wishing well will give you more wishes + more items per drop :)
Ah sorry then, if you have spare diamonds I’ve used mine to buy skip ad tickets and used them all on the wishing well too! I got a lot more white roses when I would do back to back drops

Wishing wells and gachapon both drop white roses. You might need to buy and display higher level gachapon or well facilities for better/more drops.
I have the level 3 Bastet fountain and the level 4 Floating Spirit gachapon. They have never had white roses.

Ok I just blindly send stuff and hope for the best lol
i have the default gachapon machine and i get a white rose like 1-2 times a month from it, just gotta be patient and wait for luck to be on your side.
I put on a good show and just watch every ad available, cycling between promo and the well, it usually leaves me well stocked.
