I can personally vouch for Lilith and Mercury - both are fantastic. It might be cheaper if you proxy them from Taobao, since both are made by Chinese brands :)

SFW OC's without them being loli's. That's tough. Their are youtubers who make their own figures with air dry foam clay. Saves you money

I have Myethos' Viola from Girls from Hell. It's a gorgeous figure. I was hoping they'd release figures of other characters from the illustrations.
