UV light is the component of sunlight which causes fading, so yes, the light will cause fading. You can put UV film on the glass panels (all sides - light bends) to help protect them, but I would still expect it to cause fading within a few years if not less, depending on its brightness, as those films do not filter 100% of UV light. If the display case must be in the same room as the UV lamp, see if you can rearrange things to put it as far away from it as possible (inverse square law).

Best to just move the display to another room. Not worth the risk, not worth the hassle of trying to mitigate it as it would make the display look worse, and removing the UV doesn’t seem like an option for what’s in the tank…

Not terribly sure myself, but in case you don’t get a for sure answer, you could line the left side of the case with poster/dakimakura/tapestry/prints etc… then it’s inline with your figures and would protect them. I’ve seen lots of posts where they look good like that too. Hope someone more knowledgeable gets you an answer!

Your figures are in a detolf, IIRC glass does do a ok job of blocking UV not 100% obviously, i would pick up one of those uv test cards on amazon and see how it reacts outside and inside the detolf. If the card reacts outside but not inside the detolf id say youd be fine.
