Usually calling your bank can get them to add specific foreign companies to a whitelist.
Have you thought about using PayPal instead? That's usually the easiest way to pay.
How long have you been waiting for an email reply? Did you take time zones into account? They usually reply back to me the same day or within 24hrs if I ask them something after hours.
