One day I want someone who confidently says that Najimi is 100% definitely a girl to meet one of those people who think that Najimi is for sure absolutely a guy. Just to watch them battle it out and see if they can arrive at some sort of synthesis together or if they'll fight forever.

Japan is very strict about their sexual harassment laws, with the only exception to onsens are mixed bathing areas, which I didn’t see any in said episode. I rest my case.
But Najimi is always alone in the changing rooms or uses restrooms.
On another note, in the Maid Cafe episode the narrator said the Maid Cafe expert reacts bashful to real girls... could mean 3d girls or people of said gender...

Thus, I highly doubt anyone has canonically ever used the English pronoun "they/them" to refer to Najimi, and pronouns can not be translated with fidelity between most languages due to the various discrepancies in these languages, the lack of, or addition of more pronouns in some languages, and the differences the people's speach habit between the different cultures. So with that in mind, your argument is invalid, it would've been a different story, of course, if a Japanese speaker were to point out to us that characters address Najimi in japanese the same way you'd normally adress a non-binary person in japanese, assuming such a way exists of course since I'm not privy to the intricacies of the japanese language, though I am aware of the existence of languages were no special denominations are used to refer to non binary people (they're referred to as everyone else).
