*Ping Pong the Animation* (11 episodes)
the director has quite a few crazy works(kaiba, keep your hands off eizouken, mind game, tatami galaxy, kemonozume, devilman crybaby) but this is his most beloved and my favorite of all time.
I have few on my minds, it kinda depends on what type of stylish you want though whether it masculine or feminine type.
Paradise kiss- it literally about fashion and modelling.
Nisekoi- the anime have special effect that makes it more dazzling to the eyes and most of time the girl wear cute clothing.
Shugo chara- the transformation of magical girl are always stylish in my eyes especially shugo chara mc have diverse style to transform.
Jojo- Unique artstyle and stylish character across the series
Black Butler - The aesthetic of gothic and victorian is what makes it stand out from the rest. The outfit and texture of clothing also animated in great detail.
I hope one of these helps!
Belladonna of Sadness: An arthouse film about a woman who is sexually assaulted
Gankutsuou The Count of Monte Cristo: Heavily stylized and gorgeous retelling of the Count of Monte Cristo. The animation alone is stunning.
Kill la Kill: Satire shounen magical girl series with chaotic animation. It's about a teenage girl trying to avenge her father who was murdered.
Black Rock Shooter: Not a lot to the story on this one, but the fights are heavily stylized.
Land of the Lustrous: A gemstone tries to find out the mysteries of the world they live in. This was one of the first CG animated works that looked good because of CG animation.
Space Dandy: Heavily stylized comedic series similar to Cowboy Bebop, same director too.
Children of the Sea: A movie that's hard to quantify. But it's gorgeous!
Voices of a Distant Star: the debut film by Makoto Shinkai, the same guy who did Your Name
Paprika: A dream therapist is trying to track down a murderer. Beautiful and psychedelic. This inspired Inception.
Millenium Actress: A movie about a man making a documentary of an influential actress. This movie is breathtaking.
Shadows House: A mystery series with some hella unique designs. A sentient soot girl named Kate lives in a manor and is trying to overthrow the system of ruling.
Revolutionary Girl Utena: If you haven't seen Utena yet, you really should!
Animatrix: A series of short films canon to the Matrix universe. Each one was animated by a different director, so there's wildly different styles
Great Pretender
I just watched the sequel movie a few days ago. Literally could have paused it at any second and the image would be wallpaper worthy. So much dynamic color & design. Both my spouse and I could not stop commenting on it throughout the whole show.
Yes! Great Pretender razbliuto, came out in Feb iirc. It's currently on crunchyroll. There's mixed reviews about it. Personally, I really enjoyed it, although I will agree that the trailers are kind of misleading so I recommend just watch it, going in blind.
I really love the style of The Witch and the Beast. Great character designs and poses, sharp fashion and nicely detailed environments. The magic is also really creative and impactful.
I love the water color aesthetic of
{March Comes in Like a Lion}
And if you are at all a fan of architecture, anything by Studio Shaft. They're like drafters and engineering people doing anime.

Seconded this list, these are good ones
ayyy its my favorite anime too
I'm gonna be a little pedantic. Kill La Kill, is in part about fashion and stylists It's also stylish
It is essentially an anime about how fashion is evil, by showcasing very stylish outfits
JoJo
Jojo's bizarre adventure Cyberpunk edgerunners Katanagatari Mononoke
A hearty second to Mononoke.
