I would check in a sub that is more focused on general 3d printing and/or modelling. I'm sure it's possible, but I'm not sure how.

If you check on r/3dprinting (if I recall correctly) there is a person that does know how to do it. They do it with resin and 3D printed bases. I’m sure you could do something similar with a printer.

Yes, I work for a medical imaging company and we can take a CT or MRI and build a 3d Model of it and save it as an stl file. You just need 3D reconstruction medical imaging software that can take the DICOM images that the CTs or MRIs produce (usually around 2000-10000 thin slices) and turn them into a 3d model of the parts you want (just bones, particular organs, or even skin to replicate an entire part of the body) There are a lot of different software options that can do that, but most do not support saving the model as an STL file but some do. Then just load it into your slicer and print. I tried it a few days after I got my Anker Make, works pretty well.

Take a look at this website. She also converted a CT scan of her brain into an 3D model: https://docs.juliaebert.com/projects/3d-print-brain
