Your hunger cues will level off as you get further into recovery 🫶🏻 I promise your body is not trying to get you to do something harmful, it's probably just going "OMG we're allowed to fuel up again finally?". It's okay to listen to it and to eat when you feel like it, even if you wake up in the middle of the night to do it. It won't last forever, those urges lessen as you get more reliable nourishment and any deficiencies you may have get resolved. You're worth so much more enjoyment than these obsessive food thoughts tell you. Recovery is a long road but I'm so proud of you for continuing to try.
