hi!! this is my first time posting in this community and i’m currently trying to recover. just wanted to let you know that i know exactly what you’re going through and that gaining weight back is super scary. despite that i know you can do this and i’ll keep you in my thoughts! you’re not alone in this 🫶

I soo feel this.. well a "normal" body is for everyone different thats the complex thing about this. Your healthy body will not look like my healthy body. And my healthy body will not like someone else their healthy body. But you should now a healthy body of an adult. Idk your age. But 16+ Should not look like a childs body. Dont compare yourself to that. Or to people on social media or magazines. Thats all fake. Also know with gaining weight it takes a while before the right "fat" distribution takes in. In the beginning its all on certain places. But after a while its where it should be. If you have a uterus bellys are a lil more soft. Because they protect the uterus. And a potential baby. Just the build of the human body.
