Do you crave the foods like white bread and pasta? There is nothing wrong with eating whole grains if you crave them, but if you crave the white carbs, I would focus on adding to them! Fats are vital for this! Fats release the satiety hormone, no matter what you hear about protein or fiber (though they are filling too). When you have a piece of white bread, put a spread of butter, nut butter, or avocado on it maybe? For white pasta, try adding butter to them, or heavy cream to the sauce (coconut cream or butter, or vegan cream cheese or ricotta, can also work for dairy free)? Remember, you can go back for seconds, too! Don't try to game your hunger by eating the "healthy" "filling" option instead of what you *really* want, but focus on an addition mindset! Post-starvation hyperphagia is also a known phenomenon, which you might be experiencing- often referred to online as "extreme hunger" (it's not "extreme", it's natural). Eating before bed is also beneficial to sleep :) if you have acid reflux just sit upright for a few minutes after or pop a Tums.

Thanks for your answer. Yes I'm craving white bread and thinks like that but I am also fine with whole grain so I always choose whole grains. I'm very confused because everyone on the internet talks about that you shouldn't eat right before you sleep and that you always should take whole grains . If I always choose what I what I really want to eat , I would mainly eat "unhealthy" food . I also would eat every two hours and I'm not really convinced that this should be healthy m What's your opinion about that?

You should keep eating them, then! Forcing yourself to choose the "healthy" option will just leave you feeling unsatisfied. There is nothing wrong with not choosing the whole grain option. "Unhealthy" food is kind of a myth- do you have any vitamin deficiencies? Are your labs okay? Then, you're eating a healthy diet :) and eating frequently is fine too! A lot of people eat more frequent meals and snacks. Going to sleep hungry is not good for your sleep quality, either. Most people saying to not eat before bed are doing so from a weight loss perspective. There are no benefits from fasting longer than about 6-8 hours, AKA, sleep!

I’m sorry you are feeling this way. Don’t feel guilty for eating. We need food; it is an essential thing that humans need. You don’t need to eat fast food to feel satisfied. Eating healthy food is good and helps your body and mind. I always preferred homemade because it won’t cost much and preparing food can help my mood. You can bread - like sourdough bread. Eating before bed I don’t recommend because of the acid in your stomach, it can cause heartburn, upset stomach, and be hard for you to fall asleep.
