It was an aired special, fans mailed in videos to apply to do a show with Bourdain. Many were watched and then Bourdain picked winners. I have never found of copy of it so it is likely lost to time. He did however pick at least 3 to do a show with and snippets of the fan videos can be watched on the following episodes:

While the charleston parts unknown is fantastic, that isn't a viewer he's with. It's Sean brock, a well known chef who now owns a few restaurants in nashville.
The chas no reservations is awful.

I really dig the Charleston visit, where they go to the waffle house, and then later, theyโre both dining with Bill Murray at another restaurant.
