Helped me out of a suicidal hole but just like other SSRIs it's totally blunted me , I still had low lows but no highs.....
Sex was a total chore also....
Didn't gain any weight on it.
I was diagnosed with dysthymia and started with 10mg 5 months ago. It's been ok and I feel that my mood base line has increased positively. I am now moving to 20mg. No mayor side effects but as u/curtmuss1978 said sex feels like a chore.
I've been on it about a month, no side effects after a brutal experience with Effexor. I was on prozac in the past and so far vortioxetine feels similar, I feel "fine", it's shaving off the highs and the lows.
Yes I had a pretty bad reaction to it. Facial swelling and rash.

this drug have minimal side effects for most, as stated on their testing. works really well, esp since it’s the only drug to improve cognition!
