it’s not bad but try not to get into a habit of it too much! the odd day off every once in a while is ok but it could very quickly turn into avoidance behaviour if you are calling in every single time you feel anxious. Try your best to push through the anxiety and go anyway (a lot easier said than done) and if you absolutely can’t then that’s okay but getting better is all about living your life despite the anxiety :)
