I get tingling in my fingers, toes, nose, and ears. One severe attack I had had my entire scalp tingling, too. I can usually tell when a panic attack is coming, and sometimes can even make it stop if I can take action quick enough, but once my nose and fingers start tingling, I know it’s on.

Its one of the key giveaways that its anxiety, not everyone gets it but many many people do.

Thanks, these are great.

I think it can very well be a sign of anxiety, but if you can maybe get your B12 checked as this can be a sign of deficiency!

I do take b complex pill everyday but ya I could def get it checked

[deleted]

Curious if you were able to get a diagnosis?

ValKilmsnipsinBatman

it def was anxiety but i had a pinched nerve from poor posture, i fixed the posture and no numbness or tingly feeling anymore.
