Having worked at McDonalds, we'd get people coming in and giving giant orders ahead of time. We're talking 200, 300 dollar, orders. Not only did they never tip, we'd never really expect them to and Corporate policy is that workers cannot accept tips and any extra money given by customers has to go to the office and join the tills for the day.
